Your Responsibilities:

Oversee regional business development and management in Homberg Efze

Identify and explore new business opportunities to foster company growth

Maintain and expand customer relationships, as well as acquire new clients

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to strengthen our market presence

Work closely with the management team to achieve company goals

Monitor market trends and analyze competitive activities

Plan and control the budget for the region
Your Profile:
-
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
-
Several years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in regional management
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
-
Ability to work independently and results-oriented
-
High willingness to travel within the region
-
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Fluent in English (work language) and German, Spanish is a plus
